How Does It Work?

As a member you’ll be looked after and when you are ready we will train and encourage you to run 5km, 10kms, and longer runs when appropriate.

 

Learn To Run With Us

Many of our running club members have gone from being a complete novice to half marathons and even marathons within a short space of time which is a remarkable achievement.

 

Who Can Join The Club?

It is open to anyone, you do not have to be a Lindsey Fitness member or even attend classes. The only requirement is that outside of the specific training seasons when we’re happy to take on non-runners on SUNDAYS. WEDNESDAYS are suitable if you can comfortably jog around 5k. (5,000metres or around 3 miles).

Wednesday evening in Welwyn Garden City- 7pm
Sunday mornings in Welwyn Garden City- 8am
